About the Role

Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Critical Care Nurses to support a lovely lady in Eastbourne who requires

advanced clinical care following a spinal cord injury. This role involves managing complex needs such as tracheostomy

and ventilator care, bowel management, suprapubic catheter care, and hoist transfers.

You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality care, mentoring HCAs, and ensuring the care plan is followed with

clinical oversight from our Nurse Practitioner team . You’ll work alongside a supportive team to ensure the best

outcomes for the client, while building a stable care model for the future.
