About the Role

Critical Care Outreach Nurse

We are looking for an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our Outreach Team, providing expert care, advice, and

support to patients at risk of deterioration or those who are critically ill — as well as their families and carers.

In this pivotal role, you will support patients until they are either transferred to the Critical Care Unit, their

condition improves, or it is agreed that continuing this level of intervention is no longer in their best interests.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the highest standards within the Critical Care Outreach (CCOT)
