About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner in the friendly Critical Care Outreach team

at the WHH Hospital; they will be responsible for overseeing the high standards of care required for looking after the

deteriorating/critically ill patients.

The post holder will be expected to provide professional leadership, advice and guidance for nursing practice within the

hospital and being a resource for all nursing staff.
