About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the critical care outreach team for a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic
individual who will take on the role of a band 6 critical care outreach practitioner.
We are looking for a self-motivated, adaptable and knowledgeable registered nurse who is clinically confident, who can
work independently but also as part of a team.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong decision making ability and clinical
expertise, together with a drive and passion for improving the way healthcare is provided.
