About the Role

There is an opportunity to join the Critical Care team in Conquest as a band 5 nurse. If you have some acute experience,

substantial experience on an acute ward, and you would like a new challenge - then critical care could be for you.

There is a clear education programme and teaching for our new starters. You will given at least 6 weeks supernumerary

and once this is completed you have a national workbook called the steps 1 to complete.

During this time you will learn to look after the most critically unwell patients in the hospital. You will be supported

by your team leader, clinical skills facilitator, practice educator and will have regular support and coaching shifts.
