About the Role
As Critical Care Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and clinical leadership of the Critical care
unit, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the smooth running of the unit. You will play a key role in
service development, patient flow, and maintaining high standards of care and safety Role requirements Registered Nurse
with valid NMC registration. Significant senior post-registration experience in Critical Care. Proven leadership and
management experience with the ability to manage and prioritise workload. Excellent communication, organisational, and
decision-making skills. Passionate about delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. Ensuring safe staffing
