About the Role

Reporting to the Bereavement Services Manager, you can expect your working day to include:

* Working creatively to identify and address a child/young person's bereavement needs.

* Supporting children, young people and their families to understand and express their grief where complexities may

exist

* Working with volunteers and the wider team to develop engaging group work/peer support sessions.

* Providing guidance, training and support to professionals, in all fields, to support the care required in the best
