About the Role

The core activity of the Central Sterile Services Department is the disassembly, disinfection, assembly, packing and

sterilisation of re-usable medical devices. The post holder will become part of a multi-disciplined team providing a

high quality decontamination service to Theatres, Clinics and other patient treatment areas across Dumfries and

Galloway. You will receive support and gain knowledge and skills in all aspects of the decontamination processes by

following the departmental training programme.
