We have an exciting opportunity for someone with relevant experience to join the Dementia Delirium & Falls team as a
Band 6 Dementia, Delirium & Falls Practitioner based at Weston General Hospital.
This is a dynamic clinical role ensuring high quality care for people with dementia, delirium & falls.
This is a fixed term post ending 30th June 2026.
