About the Role

The post holder will be expected to provide detailed specialist smoking cessation advice and knowledge to patients. They

will act as a source of specialist advice in the nursing management of patients in their

specialist area who require a high level of judgment, discretion and decision-making whilst as an inpatient/outpatient

or in a setting external to the Trust. The post holder will provide education and training to patients, carers and

healthcare professionals.

Whilst the post holder's main base of work will be out of Fairfield and Rochdale General Hospitals there may be in the
