Custody and Community Support Worker

About the Role

We’re hiring a Custody and Community Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme. In this role, you

will carry out effective assessments, deliver tailored interventions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders

within custodial settings. Your primary focus will be to support participants in identifying and addressing their

individual needs, with the aim of reducing their risk of reoffending.

You’ll manage a caseload and provide coordinated oversight of risk, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding both adults

and children. This includes promptly reporting any changes in individual risk to the Probation Service and adhering to
