online customer care team. You will be the first point of contact for customers across digital channels, ensuring every

interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and a focus on delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Reports To: Customer Care Manager Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone Provide product
