About the Role
JOB VACANCY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our care at home team on a permanent
basis. In this role, you will work as part of a team to ensure customer and carer queries are efficiently responded to
and resolved. Training and a comprehensive induction period will be provided with ongoing support and guidance.
Essential
Competence in literacy and numeracy, such as three Standard Grades at level 3 or above, including Mathematics and
