Customer Relations Assistant
About the Role
Accommodation Services provide a home to over 5600 students living within our portfolio and in nominated properties.
This role will help deliver a high quality service within a customer-focused environment which operates 24/7/365.
Our dedicated team of staff provide support and signposting on a wide variety of emotional and practical issues, from
issues living with others, behaviour management, homesickness, general wellbeing, engagement with meaningful social
activity and connecting students to the services offered by the wider University.
In all our activities, we are driven by a culture of continuous improvement, implementing enhancements to our service
