The Customer Service Assistant plays a pivotal role at the heart of the School, acting as the front-facing presence and
first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and external guests, via the schools main reception desk. This is
a highly visible role that helps shape first impressions and day-to-day experiences across the School.
Working on the Frederick Road Campus, the postholder will provide a friendly, professional and responsive front-of-house
service, supporting students with confidence and care, signposting them to the right services, and helping to create a
