About the Role
At UWE Bristol, our Accommodation Services department provides a welcoming home to thousands of students and visitors
each year. As Customer Services Team Leader, you’ll play a central role shaping the student experience through leading a
team of Customer Service Assistants and Post Room staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring every student
receives the highest standard of service and support. You’ll be involved in everything from welcoming new arrivals and
supporting international students, to improving our post and parcel services and leading annual student surveys.
