Job summary
The All Age Continuing Health Care (AACHC) team are seeking a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic Registered nurse
(RSCN/ SCPHN) with a can-do attitude to join our dynamic team. The opportunity to work autonomously and collaboratively
in a multi-agency environment to support the assesment and review processes.
We are looking to appoint a qualified nurse, with experience of working with children and young people (CYP) with
complex health needs, to help us deliver our NHS Continuing Care service across Birmingham and Solihull. The role is
