About the Role

See attached job description To ensure that all episodes of care are documented in an appropriate and accountable way;

disseminating all relevant changes in the womans condition to the multi-disciplinary team. To maintain up-to-date

professional knowledge; which is demonstrated through safe and effective clinical practice. To show compassionate

behaviour towards women and their families; ensuring that equality and diversity differences are respected, and women

and their families are enabled to be partners in their own care. To ensure that women and their families receive

information in a sensitive way, to enable them to make informed decisions about all aspects of their care.
