Day Care Assistant - Home Support Team

About the Role

Home Support Team Care Assistants – relief contracts and permanent contracts available.

For this position you will be required to travel to any one of our 10 Care Homes in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.

A full driving licence and your own transport is essential. Mileage will be paid.

We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our homes support team to support the delivery

of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence.
