Day Care Co-Ordinator - Magherafelt

About the Role

Day Opportunities Co-Ordinator urgently required to work as a “named worker” to plan, develop and monitor individual

care packages in the community-based day services whilst coordinating transport and day provisions to maximise the

capabilities and independence of the service users.

This is a temporary ongoing position that has the possibility of becoming a Permanent role through the Northern Trust,

located in Magherafelt.

Full time hours available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, although candidates must be flexible to pick up weekend shifts if
