28 Hours = 75.67% x £26,403 - £28,598 per annum pro rata

= £19,979 - £21,640 per annum

To provide personal care, emotional and practical support to people with identified care and support needs.

Providing meaningful opportunities and supporting personal outcomes and goals to individuals in a variety of settings.

Which may include opportunities in the areas of work, volunteering, training, education, and leisure.
