About the Role

• To assist in the reprocessing and distribution of medical and surgical reusable devices for use in patient.

• After a qualifying period the post holder will be expected to occasionally work on their own and participate in the

on-call.

• To work at all times in accordance with the department’s Quality Management System.

• To demonstrate a flexible “can do” attitude and respond to major incidents.

• This role involves manual handling, exposure to blood and bodily fluids, and working with chemicals and machinery.
