women within the Maternity services To be an expert Clinical role model To provide expert leadership and clinical advice
to the Maternity Team To develop an environment which supports the value of Midwifery Care To act as an advocate for the
women receiving care They must deliver high quality midwifery care by ensuring appropriate systems and processes are in
place to provide the continuity of safe and effective care at all times. They will act as a champion for professional
