About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and compassionate Dementia 1-1 Coordinator to join our Dementia Services team at Dougie

Mac. This is an exciting opportunity to support people living with dementia across North Staffordshire and

Stoke-on-Trent.

You’ll play a vital role in coordinating our 1-1 Dementia Support service, pairing Dementia Support Workers with

individuals to engage in meaningful social activities and enhance wellbeing, while also providing much-needed carer

respite.
