About the Role

The Dementia Nurse/ Advisor will provide support and clinical knowledge to ward staff in relation to Dementia care

management. Act as a resource to Trust staff and other professionals who deliver care to the patient. Ensure standards

are in line with the NICE guidelines, National, regional and Trust Dementia Strategy.

Working days will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
