About the Role

The role provides specialist support to the Clinical Nurse Specialist team in the care of patients with dementia and
delirium. Acting as an expert resource, the Dementia CNS delivers assessment, clinical advice, education, and training
to embed best practice across the organisation. The post holder leads service development and quality improvement
initiatives, supports compliance with national standards, and advocates for patients and carers to ensure dignified,
person-centred care.
