About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity here at Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust to join our Dementia Service. You will work
alongside the Dementia and Delirium Nurse Specialist to support the acute hospital in managing the complex health needs
of individuals living with dementia and/or experiencing delirium. Assist in the implementation and evaluation of
seamless dementia and delirium care pathways, ensuring patients receive high standards of care throughout their hospital
journey and beyond.
