About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and competent mental health nurse, with an interest in the care of older

adults, to work within our Diagnostic Memory Clinic.

The Tower Hamlets Memory Clinic provides a dynamic, innovative and responsive service for the population where dementia

diagnosis rates are increasing.

The clinic provides high quality comprehensive assessments and diagnosis for people experiencing cognitive decline by

working actively in partnership with service users, carers and relatives. This includes quality post-diagnostic support
