About the Role

Join Riverdale Healthcare as a Dental Receptionist Apprentice at Vitality Dental Care Northallerton. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while studying for your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in person and over the phone.
• Book and amend appointments efficiently.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy.
• Manage patient records accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team.
• Participate in practice meetings and training.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Organizational skills for managing appointments.
