About the Role
Maintain own professional registration and practice within the NMCs Code of Professional Conduct / HCPCs Code of
Professional Conduct. Provide visible, effective clinical and professional leadership to all staff within the ward /
department. To be responsible for the patients clinical journey in conjunction with medical colleagues, along the agreed
patient care pathways supported by evidence-based practice. Act as a mentor/role model to enhance the performance and
capability of others through formal and informal interactions. Provide constructive feedback to support and enable
others to develop their potential. Act as a resource for those seeking to expand their knowledge and experience within
