About the Role

Thepostholderwillwork inpartnershipwiththeBoroughLeadNurse(BLN)toensureallaspectsof nursing careare developed toa

standard which providethe best possible outcometoservice users at Tower Hamlets Mental Health Unit

ThepostholderwilldeputizefortheBLNintheirabsencetakingresponsibilityfortheoperational management of the service.

· The post holder will work in partnership with the BLN to provide strategic nursing input at senior management level

ensuring appropriate advice is provided to the Borough executive team so that

effective,user-focussedmentalhealthservicesandahighstandardofnursingcarecanbedelivered in the borough.
