About the Role
Work with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nurse and other operational managers to manage
operational clinical matters in Divisions. Oversee the Medical/Surgical Divisions holding Divisional Medical Directors
and management teams to account. Deputise for the Chief Medical Officer at Trust wide performance review meetings as
appropriate. Undertake a lead role in reviewing locum, bank and agency bookings. Participate in the weekly Chief Medical
Officer core business meetings. Corporate Management Support the Chief Medical Officer on a range of predetermined
duties and during periods of absence. Provide strategic advice and leadership on medical and clinical matters to the
