About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Childcare Manager to assist the Manager with the daily operations of
our day care and pre-school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and some
experience in managing childcare teams, rooms or settings. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability
to communicate effectively with staff and parents, and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment for children.
Duties
Lead and inspire the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained.
