About the Role

Deputy Clerical Lead and Senior Ward Clerk for Child Health Outpatients, Northbrook and Sophie’s Place providing

flexible, competent full administrative service to Consultants, Clinical Team and Specialist Nurses, ensuring a high

standard of patient care is delivered in a professional, competent and timely manner.

Duties include outpatient waiting list management, booking and outcoming patient appointments,

involve E ERostering, monitoring sickness and annual leave, conduct staff appraisals, report monthly Netcall statistics

and deputise for the Clerical Lead /Ward Managers Assistant at internal meetings.
