The Deputy Community Facilities Manager will play a key role in supporting the daytoday delivery of highquality
Facilities services across multiple community sites within RDUH. Working closely with the Community Facilities Manager,
the postholder will help shape and develop the Facilities provision to ensure services remain efficient, safe and
responsive to organisational needs. This role involves providing effective operational oversight across a range of
Facilities functions, contributing to the professional development, motivation and retention of staff, and ensuring
