Deputy Cover Manager/Cover Supervisor

About the Role

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the school’s daily cover system. This involves a mix of early-morning

planning and active classroom support:

Coordination : You will be the first point of contact for staff absences each morning, checking emails and phone

messages.

Scheduling : You will organise the daily schedule to ensure all classes are supervised, using a mix of yourself, our

internal team, and external agency staff.
