Deputy Director of Nursing
About the Role
The post holder will deputise for the Chief Nurse as required and will lead on identified trust-wide projects as agreed
with the Chief Nurse. Provide the professional leadership and development of registered nurses and nursing posts across
the organisation. Will provide the clinical oversight, advice, leadership and to set the standards of patient care
Across the Trust. To lead on projects through a Quality Improvement approach and ensure that the clinical services are
improving quality of care and patient experience on a continuous basis, and reporting improvements through to board.
Will support the Trust in working towards a Total Quality System management. The DDoN will set a strategy for service
