About the Role
The Deputy to the Divisional Director of Nursing SUWON (DDON) is a key member of the Divisional Nursing Team who acts as
a role model for outstanding clinical leadership and management of Nurses, Midwives and AHPs. The post-holder plays a
vital role in supporting the DDON in developing and implementing the Divisional strategy in line with the Trust’s
vision, values and strategic goals.
As with all clinical divisions in the Trust, we are responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of services
within our area in line with Trust strategies, policies, and procedures. formation.
