About the Role

As the Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester Healthcare, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for residents. Collaborating with the General Manager, you will oversee care standards, conduct audits, and develop strategies to enhance the quality of life for all residents. Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and clinical practice supervision.
• Motivate and lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop strategies to improve resident care quality.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
• Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification required.
• Experience with diverse health needs and safeguarding.
• Strong knowledge of budget management.
• Compassionate and resilient with leadership skills.
