Deputy Home Manager

About the Role

The Deputy Home Manager will support the Home Manager by being responsible for key areas of service provision and ensuring high standards of care are maintained in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advice to colleagues.
• Co-ordinate quality management of resident care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team activities.
• Manage and direct clinical service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Previous line management experience required.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills essential.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements necessary.
• Ability to implement audits and action plans.
