About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will oversee resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations. Your role includes mentoring staff to deliver empathetic care, fostering a supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.

Requirements

• Knowledge of National Standards in care.
• Experience in person-led care planning.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and maintain records.

Location & Schedule
