Responsibilities

• Lead the care team for person-centred care.
• Review residents' needs and maintain hygiene standards.
• Support the Registered Manager in daily operations.
• Oversee clinical competencies like PEG feeds.
• Induct and supervise new and existing staff.
• Complete care audits and liaise with families.
• Monitor and report risks and safeguarding concerns.
• Contribute to clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of care assistants.
• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• QCF Level 3 diploma or above in Health and Social Care.
• Knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry.
