About the Role

Provide Leadership and Senior management to a portfolio of Nursing Services as defined by Lead Nurse.

Responsible for supporting Lead Nurse with professional Nursing Issues, nursing care and quality standards - and will

deputise as required.

Provide forward thinking clinical and professional leadership to nursing staff at all levels ensuring that nursing care

is delivered to a high standard and that the nursing resource is managed effectively.

The post holder will mange devolved budgets within the financial envelope inclusive of delivery for divisions cost
