Deputy Manager

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. You will be responsible for supporting staff, overseeing care plans, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and homely environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager in service development strategies.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing and care teams.
• Maintain high standards in care delivery and compliance.
• Conduct clinical audits and implement action plans.
• Ensure effective communication and handover systems.

Requirements

• Qualified nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT systems and record-keeping.
