NonStop Care is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and motivated Deputy Manager to support the running of a new 3-bed

residential children's home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in West London .

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team of support workers. You

will play a vital role in ensuring the emotional, social, and physical well-being of the young people in our care, while

maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.
