Rota-based Monday to Sunday The Role: We are recruiting a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the

day-to-day running of a children’s residential home. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an established Senior

Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in creating a

safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive, while supporting and leading a committed
