About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager to join Church Farm Care at Rusticus. The home is based in Cotgrave,

Nottinghamshire.

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a small care home group to support the Home Manager. Must have

previous experience in leading staff in a care home environment.

The home in a rural setting on the outskirts of a village provides residential, dementia and nursing care, current

capacity is 93 residents. The home is supported by a strong central team of professionals supporting functions that
