Deputy Manager

About the Role

The Deputy Nursery Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the setting, working closely with

the Nursery Manager to ensure high-quality care, education, and safeguarding for all children. You will help create a

safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and development in line with the Early

Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

This role involves supporting and leading the nursery team, acting as a positive role model and providing guidance,

coaching, and supervision where needed. You will assist with staff rotas, support performance management, and step in to
