Gloucestershire Job Description: As Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in all aspects of nursery
operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. You'll be a role model for staff, a
trusted partner for parents, and a champion for children's wellbeing and development. This nursery are open to both
current deputy managers looking for a change in setting or level 3 practitioners who are looking to move up into a
manager role and be trained up. This role is 40 hours per week, however for the right candidate some flexibility can be
