Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in daily operations.
- Lead a team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines.
- Provide excellent clinical care to residents.
- Foster a positive environment for staff and residents.
Requirements
- RGN or RMN qualification with active NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in elderly nursing homes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to elderly care and well-being.
- Knowledge of CQC code of conduct guidelines.

- Salary range of £49,000 - £51,000 per annum.

Location & Schedule
Based in Banbury, with Monday to Friday hours from 08:30 to 17:00.
